 Responsibility for proper tax filing and tax document retention in
relation to the tax compliance matters.
 Administration & compliance of indirect tax processes, including
State and Central Sales Tax, for proper tax returns filing, tax
payments.
 Coordinate the tax planning and tax management.

 Preparation of all the necessary documents (e.g., agreements,
demand promissory notes, letter of hypothecation, etc.)
