Professional Experience
Since beginning my career at IGC in 1993 I have had many job
responsibilities and training opportunities that have helped prepare me
for this position.
Service Technician - 05/03/1993
During my tenure as a service technician my responsibilities included
emergency response and customer service duties. For the last three
years in that position I performed “Lead” responsibilities including
service training and scheduling of service activities for 20 employees.
Measurement Supervisor – 05/01/2000
As measurement supervisor I was directly responsible for 13 meter
readers and the monthly collection of approximately 190,000 accurate
meter reads.
Boise District Service Manager – 08/26/01
While in this position I was responsible for twenty eight employees
including twenty service technicians, four meter readers, three
dispatchers and one administrative assistant including all day to day
operations and scheduling. I guided the Boise district by enabling my
employees to be more efficient with our resources and working safer
and smarter. From this experience I gained the knowledge needed to
manage employees fairly, effectively, efficiently and with an emphasis
on safety during the largest growth period in this company’s existence.
Boise District Manager – 08/20/2006
In this position I was the direct manager over the Boise District service
manager as well as meter reading and sales. Here I had an opportunity
to work with our builders, developers, contractors and customers so that
IGC could deliver a more economic, efficient and safer product.
Manager, Safety – 06/22/2008 – 05/01/2014
In this position I had a very active role in the safety integration process
and the decisions that were made to build shared safety processes and
a sustainable safety culture for all four brands. When I took this position
I had very little training so it was my responsibility to learn the safety
profession through self study, networking and involvement in WEI, AGA
and local safety organizations.
During the past eight years, with the help of senior management and
our employees we have built a very good foundation for our safety

culture and practices to build on as we work diligently to get even
better in the future.
Safety and Technical Training Manager – 05/01/2014 Current
My current position involves the design and maintenance of our safety
program as well as technical training for all IGC employees. With the
help of my staff we are changing the way we conduct training for our
entire employee base and our contractors to create a better learning
environment and records retention system to meet regulatory
requirements and compliance.
Experience Summary
• Participation with the Western Operating Group Emergency Response
and Safety Peer to Peer groups.
• Development of close working relationships and partnerships with key
influential people within the industry that will continue to benefit me as
well as the company.
• Active involvement with the Western Energy Institute and the American
Gas Association including conference session planning and participation
through presenting and involvement in discussion groups.

My career at IGC thus far has been incredible. My performance in each
position held shows that I have exceptional leadership abilities and that
I can be trusted to manage large employee groups and large projects
effectively, safely and with attention to detail. I get things done.
