with proactively observing patient’s comprehensive physical and mental conditions, all intake and output, and
exercise. Observes and reports adverse reactions to medications and reports as appropriate.
• Optimize care by following asepsis standards and procedures and following dietary / nutrition
recommendations.
• Record vital signs, collect specimens, perform catheterizations, and handle diverse personal hygiene /
grooming, assist with ambulation, communicate therapeutically with clients and family.
• Maximize compliance with state and federal requirements regarding blood borne pathogens, hazardous
materials, infection control, and fire safety, and further monitor multi-staff compliance with policies and all
residents’ rights.
