As a trainingdirector I would take prospective clients through an assessment process

The training director is responsible for daily performance goals which include
recruitment and schedulingof potentialpersonaltraining clients and takingthem

The training director is expected to reach bi weekly sales quotas and management of

format boot camp, tone and sculpt,Abs/Core and kettlebells.
These classes were 50 minutes we would stretch,preform staticand dynamic
warm-ups body weight exercises and calisthenics. We would implement Kettle bells,
dumbbells and resistance bands in our training sessions.

to train effectively and safely.
