When trying to lose weight, there is a strong relationship between mood and diet.

Because there is such a strong relationship between these two, this myth is testified by doctors in

other places of the world that there is a relationship between diet and mood (Fitday).

Nutritionists all over America have been trying to solve this issue by looking more in depth into

the person’s personal life and mind to see how physical trainers and nutritionists can make a

difference in a person’s diet. Physical trainers work with nutritionists to achieve a health and

fitness program. They have discovered a link between childhood habits and what adults consume

today. Even though parents teach their children right decisions from wrong decisions, they do not

teach them the right and wrong foods to eat. Parents also need to get unfit children to be more

active and outgoing so all they think about is not food. If parents would work with physical

trainers and nutritionists, their children would have a chance to avoid obesity.

Obesity is a very widespread medical condition to where people are so overweight, that it

is nearly to impossible for them to lose weight. To define obesity in children, further, scientists

and physical trainers have made it easier for humans to lose weight by knowing which types of

exercises to focus on for their body type. There are three different types of body figures that

people have because of genes, and children who are born with a certain body type, often grow

into their bodies, but this is not always a good thing (Vorasarun). People who have naturally

bulky, athletic bodies, have a hard time losing weight; these people are called Mesomorphs.
Smith 2

They have to do certain exercises to slim down their figure rather than living with bulky bodies.

Another type of body is an Endomorph. Endo’s generally have large bodies and have more fat

around the hips and abdomen, so they try to lose weight. They have to follow a workout that

burns calories rather than building muscle (Vorasarun). Also, people with skinnier bodies have

trouble with their health; these people are called Ectomorphs. Ecto’s want to have curves and it

is generally what is healthier on the body. The way they can gain weight is by giving them

exercises that include workouts like swimming so they can develop more room in their bodies

for muscle and to let the body have room to store fat (Vorasarun). These different body types are

crucial to one’s health when trying to lose or gain weight because there are certain exercises for

certain figures.

Finding the things that encounter obesity are hard to find, but this explanation helps

physical trainers define what the impacts of obesity are. Weighing too much can cause many

health issues such as coronary heart disease and stroke, type 2 diabetes, metabolic syndrome,

certain types of cancer (Weight Control Information Network (WCIN)). With these types of

diseases at risk, people who are obese do not know these. According to the Weight Control

Information Network, people sometimes have symptoms, but they usually just ignore them and

don’t change their diets. Not making a change in diet is a very big risk factor that men and

women do not understand to do right away. When they end up with coronary heart disease or

even diabetes, they wish they could have changed their past. Young men and women who have a

history of these diseases in their family should take strict precaution to their everyday diets. The

Weight Control Information Network states that more than 85 percent of people with type 2

diabetes are obese. It is not known exactly why people who are obese are more likely to develop

this disease. They think that it is related to the gene formation in these young to older adults and
Smith 3

they develop one of these diseases from unhealthy eating. People need to stay active and

maintain a healthy diet in order to lose weight or even just trying to stay healthy from when they

are children. When people become unhealthy, they tend to have high blood pressure, low

cholesterol, and high levels of triglycerides. Low HDL(high-density level) Cholesterol, which is

the good cholesterol, and high LDL (low-density level) cholesterol, which is blood fats. With

these poor diets that continue through people’s lives and do not change, people make it more

difficult to lose weight and get healthy faster. As people go on with their everyday lives, it is

always on the go and nobody stops and makes an effort to change anything about their diet. No

matter how many diseases there may be in the world, no one will listen until they have these

diseases to change anything in their everyday lives.

The way people view obesity are in various ways, but physical trainers make it known to

them what to do about their condition. Though people’s time, money, and energy is invested in

losing weight and staying on a healthy diet, they do not have medical attention to keep them on

the diet. If no medical attention is administered, then the diet is useless. In order to lose weight

the right way, people must have a doctor to keep track of what is going on, and to act as a form

of motivation. If no medical attention is given, people have the risk of getting certain diseases

related to what they are eating. According to Michael Lowe, certain diets to help lose weight are

not for everyone. This is shown by the trials he has given to his patients. Some lose weight faster

than others; this is why different body types are critical in this process. When someone tries to

take on a diet that is not considered for all body types, and they fail, they usually give up and do

not try another one. Lowe also states that in several different, developed countries, that even

though they have the resources to stay healthy, people see obese people and they follow their

elders and what is in their environment. Environment has a great effect on how people stay
Smith 4

healthy. Some environments are very stressful and that gives an impact on diet. The reasoning

for this is because with stressful situations, not many people pay attention to what is going into

their body, rather they are worrying about fixing problems in their life, such as family-related

issues, marriage, etc. People, nowadays, do not put themselves first. In which case, they fail at

diets and care more about what the world is offering other people. Staying on top of staying

healthy is what is most important to yourself, and being a change in the environment for people

to follow.

There are many ongoing solutions of how to control obesity in everyday lives around the

world, so physical trainers and nutritionists step in and help give advice on what to do about their

problem. When people have a good mind-set, they have a good outlook on life. A good way to

keep up with a good attitude is to keep a journal and write in it every day. Usually, when people

start a diet, they cannot do it alone. They have to have a support system for when they are under

stress, which they can have a journal to write in or a person to talk to. This helps by letting the

person express themselves without taking it out on themselves by eating foods off their diet.

According to Fitday, a negative attitude can set processes in motion that makes losing weight

difficult, if not impossible. People with a good attitude develop better eating habits and have a

better outlook on life. When people express their feelings through new ideas, they end up having

better results. Through the weight loss process, people must keep up with their diet, in which

case, they have to maintain the same routine. In order to prevent childhood obesity, is by not

giving them processed foods. Parents should give their children more unprocessed, natural foods.

By giving them more natural foods, this helps them to eliminate risks of becoming obese. There

is a debate between whether low-fat or low-carb is better for the body. Scientists state that low-

fat gives more of a response because with low-carb, it is higher in fats, proteins, and everything
Smith 5

else needed to lose weight. To conclude these statements, it is better to be aware of what the

world has to offer before jumping to conclusions about what and what not to eat.

When people hear that they need to lose weight, it’s not the best news they would like to

hear. Physical trainers around the world have a hard time reaching out to obese people, but they

find a way by setting an example of what it’s like to be fit and live a happy lifestyle. Advertising

does most of the work for them, but physical trainers are generally very fit, so they work with

nutritionists and figure out a program to help people lose extra weight. This career field is a very

challenging job, but it is manageable with the right nutritionists to work with. Having the right

tools and knowledge of what physical trainers do helps by motivating people to lose weight and

begin having good diet habits. Quality diets are what the world needs to become fit and healthy,

and undermining the results, nutritionists use good tasting meals to help cut calories from a

person’s diet. Even though not many people will agree to trial programs to work out and eat right

to lose weight, with great skill to reach out to people, this career field will be very successful.

The reasoning for this is because with stressful situations, not many people pay attention to what is going into their body, rather they are worrying about fixing problems in their life, such as family-related issues, marriage, etc. People, nowadays, do not put themselves first. In which case, they fail at diets and care more about what the world is offering other people. Staying on top of staying healthy is what is most important to yourself, and being a change in the environment for people to follow. There are many ongoing solutions of how to control obesity in everyday lives around the world, so physical trainers and nutritionists step in and help give advice on what to do about their problem. When people have a good mind-set, they have a good outlook on life. A good way to keep up with a good attitude is to keep a journal and write in it every day. Usually, when people start a diet, they cannot do it alone. They have to have a support system for when they are under stress, which they can have a journal to write in or a person to talk to. This helps by letting the person express themselves without taking it out on themselves by eating foods off their diet. According to Fitday, a negative attitude can set processes in motion that makes losing weight difficult, if not impossible. People with a good attitude develop better eating habits and have a better outlook on life. When people express their feelings through new ideas, they end up having better results. Through the weight loss process, people must keep up with their diet, in which case, they have to maintain the same routine. In order to prevent childhood obesity, is by not giving them processed foods. Parents should give their children more unprocessed, natural foods. By giving them more natural foods, this helps them to eliminate risks of becoming obese. There is a debate between whether low-fat or low-carb is better for the body. Scientists state that low- fat gives more of a response because with low-carb, it is higher in fats, proteins, and everything
