IT
Examples: (not quoted exactly from any trainer’s
report)
• The participants were divided in 05 equal groups comprising of 04 person each. Then the
facilitator distributed the chits and asked the participants to write one word which comes
in their mind when they hear the word “Teacher”. After which the facilitator will ask one
member to present his/her work from each group.
(WRONG OBSERVATION/ SAME AS MENTIONED IN THE TRAINING PLAN)
• After completing the activity of brain storming for the word “Teacher” it was found out
that the participants took an active part in this activity and they had the prior knowledge
with the right set of confidence which enabled them to provide some good qualities which
strikes the mind as soon as the word “Teacher” is heard.
