• 4 per 1000 to facilitate building, expanding and strengthening the network
and partnerships between research institutions in different countries and
continents (e.g. Africa and Europe) with the aim of developing joint
research project proposals
 host „writeshops“
 can be presented as activity to the consortium (fund raising needed)
• Promote within the 4 per 1000 members enhanced production of open
access publication
(e.g. CGIAR reports)
