Sir,
1. This is with reference to Token No. 1534/2017 and in
response to the telephonic call (7992392268) by your office
dated 25.05.2018.
2. I am in receipt of your email with attachment letter no.
9446 dated 18.10.2017 and letter no. 1037 dated 08.02.2018.
3. I can not psychically enter into the jurisdiction of Bihar
as long as non-maintainable, false and frivolous 498-A
Criminal case Complaint(P) No.5591 of 2013 and N.B.W dated
08.09.2011 u/s 83 Cr.Pc. persists at SDJM Court No.16 at
Begusarai Court Bihar.
4. Hence, I am unable to comply with your legal provisions for
filing a case before Lokayukta, Bihar.
5. My whole family has been succumbed to planned judicial
murder since 2004 to till date and I have been forced to
become underground. Please note that I am the only survivor
left in my family now.
6. It is pertinent to mention here that I could not perform
the last rituals of my mother Smt. Asha Rani Devi (Complainant
herein) at my own house at Sonaili, Katihar, Bihar due to this
reason. She has been succumbed to planned judicial murder on
11.11.2017 at New Delhi. Postmortem report, police statement,
police report and death certificate of Smt. Asha Rani Devi
have been filed online with Bihar Police-CGRC vide token no.
201804230020 and 201804170001.
7. It is a "Life & liberty" matter therefore W.P. (Criminal)
136 of 2016 AND W.P. (Criminal) ....... of 2017 (D.NO. 2188)
AND D.NO. 17748/SCI/PIL(E)/2017 AND M.A. 84 OF 2017 AND D.NO.

16043/SCI/PIL(E)/2018, Letter to Hon'ble Chief Justice of
India vide D.NO. 78087 dated 23.05.2018 have been filed under
Article 32 of Constitution of India to enforce Article 21
before Supreme Court of India.
8. Under the above circumstances, the core value of Lokayukta
will be defeated in absence of physical appearance of the
complainant at Patna, Bihar.
9. Nevertheless, if you act as an Anti-Corruption Institution
IN LETTER AND SPIRIT, you may initiate investigation or take
action against corrupt official on the ground of below
