   We need 90 days to
    create a new routine or
    habit

   120 days is ideal
   Write down your goals
    for the next 90 days

   Set boundaries to
    protect your goals

   Communicate your
    plan with others
   Get a mentor, friend,
    mastermind group or
    coach

   Check in
     Daily during the first week
     Bi-weekly for the next
      three weeks
     Weekly for the next two
      months
     More often if needed
   Celebrate any
    successes the first
    week

   Celebrate periodically
    when you have made
    progress

   Plan a 90 day
    celebration
   Once a routine has
    been changed and
    becomes habit stay on
    top of it

   Check in with yourself
    and your
    accountability partner
    periodically

   Watch for old behavior
