This document discusses remote control systems. It explains that remote control allows controlling an apparatus from a distance using a remote box connected to the apparatus via rainbow wire. The remote box contains a DPDT switch to control the apparatus and works by sending signals through the rainbow wire when the switch is toggled remotely.
