Golf is a great sport to get into. On the surface, it may not seem to have many
physical bene ts as say, more rigorous sports such as football or basketball,
but golf has its own set of advantages. Let’s check them out.

rejuvenates the respiratory system and strengthens the cardiovascular
system.
