This document provides instructions for two assignments. The first assignment asks students to write an introduction on assessment in second language acquisition, introduce and discuss the qualities and principles of three authors on the topic, and take a stance with references. The second assignment is a reflection on studying three authors' concepts for language assessment, such as reliability, validity, practicality, authenticity and washback, and how important it is for future teachers to be familiar with these concepts and incorporate them.

Reflection assignment unit 1
In this assignment we study three important authors that provide different concepts
very useful when talking about assessment. I can realize how important is to take
into account all the concepts taught like: reliability, validity, practicality, authenticity,
washback, among others. We as future teachers have to be familiarizing with these
concepts and also we should be able to incorporate all of them.
