Frances Yee was an English language instructor at MOSAIC Language Centres from 2013 to 2016, where she taught CLB 4 to 6 classes in their LINC program. She learned her job quickly and created a warm learning environment for her students. Frances also excelled at administrative tasks, communicated well with colleagues, and received excellent feedback from students. Her manager believes she would be an asset to any organization.

To Whom It May Concern,
Frances Yee was employed at the MOSAIC Language Centres from September
2013 to February 2016. During that time she was an English Language Instructor
in our Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada (LINC) program. She
taught CLB 4 to 6 classes.
Frances learned the complex nature of her job quickly and efficiently. She
successfully created a warm and welcoming learning environment in her classes
and was able to incorporate CLB aligned task-based teaching and Portfolio Based
Language Assessment.
Frances also excelled at administrative tasks, she communicated efficiently both in
person and by e-mail. She was personable with her team of colleagues and
worked well with them. She also had excellent feedback from her students. It has
been a pleasure to have Frances with us and I believe she would be a real asset to
your organization.
