Shane Kelm has worked as a Technical Analyst for the Ministry of Health for several years. His role has varied and included assisting with helpdesk, VIP support, technology planning and deployment, and supporting other team members. While Shane's official job description may not encompass all tasks, he is able to take on new challenges and has experience with desktop support, servers, business applications, and VIP support. I confirm that Shane Kelm is employed as a Technical Analyst with the Ministry of
Health.
Shane’s job function at the Ministry has been quite varied over the past few years. He
has worked on the Helpdesk, V.I.P support, assisted with planning and deployment of
emerging technologies and many other tasks.
Shane’s strength lies in his ability to take on new tasks, and work outside the box. He is
quick to assist other team members with their work load. While the Ministry has job
descriptions for each employee, many of my team have to take on work that is not
defined in their job descriptions. As a result, Shane has had exposure to assisting with
various platforms including deskside assistance, server issues, Line of Business
application support and V.I.P support.
I would happily re-employ Shane as I consider him to be a valuable member of the
