providing coatings expertise. Since my arrival at the facilities in September 2009 I have had the
opportunity to review the work carried out by Ionu as an ongoing verification process which has
included site work, coordination of manpower, pre task work, overseeing the various paint and coating
activities, liaison with maintenance, corrosion Department, inspection personnel, management and
reporting.
To date I have found Ioan work to be of an acceptable standard in accordance with international
