nine months now, working on a complex web-based UI and commercial database software
project. I have found that Pleasant Solutions team members bring expert technical knowledge
as would be expected from a serious professional software company; in addition to that, senior
analysts have anticipated and provided design solutions for issues we haven’t fully realized in our
scope documents. That ability has made them not just “programmers for hire”, but a committed
stakeholder in the success of our project.
Due to the complexity and uncertainty around the scope of our project, we chose an Agile
software development model. This method allows us the greatest involvement and control of
