assist as registration representative and assistant during the annual meeting that was held in Puerto Rico. I
cannot express in words the wonderful person Jamina is. She turned out to be a phenomenal assistant and such
a valuable asset during the meeting, especially since Penny Melkerson-Kirby, Registration Coordinator, or I do
not speak or understand Spanish.
Ms. Alvarez came highly recommended to us, and I would have loved to bring her back with us to work as a
full time employee. We kidded her several times about cloning her.
Her dedication to detail, friendliness and understanding with the attendees was excellent. She was prompt and
stayed on occasion beyond her hours assigned. She was willing to do any job or project that was needed, and I
believe she went well beyond what was expected.
She has such an ease about her and so friendly and caring. It truly was a pleasure to work with her. Her work
ethics and professionalism are outstanding.
Being in the meeting planning arena, I have worked with many wonderful people over the years, but no one
