which would facilitate Ukrainian’s country and society
development by contributing money to the dedicated
“Refactor.UA” fund. Retain top IT talent in the country
through open P&L and profit sharing models

Establish a firm that specialises in high quality IT
consultancy and software outsourcing services
Company is not for sale. No capitalisation, dividends
only. Fixed profit. Extra profit shared with employees
Employees and investors would co-sponsor the NGO
“Refactor.UA” fund, and vote on funding the projects
aimed at improving the country and its society
As a result employees and shareholders will be united
by the joint mission and engaged in company growth,
which would translate into exceptional performance
and productivity as well as excellent retention rates
6. Profit Sharing
Profitability of the company will be capped at 15%, all
extra margin will be distributed through profit sharing
and performance incentive models among employees
Employees will be fully engaged in the company
business through business units structure, which will
have an open P&L. This would make employees highly
motivated to generate new sales, as well as actively
grow existing business
The more employees and shareholders make, the bigger
the impact they would incur on the country through
the Fund which eliminates usual conflict of interest
