This document summarizes the formation and activities of post-test clubs (PTC) in Kenya to reduce stigma among youth. Key findings show that partnerships helped form clubs for youth who received HIV tests. Community health workers and HIV-positive individuals addressed positive living and disclosure through club activities. Challenges included stigma against club members and different expectations among members. Recommendations are to reduce self-stigma through trainings, create a supportive environment, develop relevant information for youth, and allow youth to run clubs to build confidence and ownership.
