1) LinkedIn is the most widely used and connected social network for recruiters, followed by Twitter and then Facebook.
2) Twitter is being used more than Facebook for recruiting. Recruiters are adding followers faster on Twitter than other networks.
3) LinkedIn drives the most views and applications per job posting. However, Twitter followers are much more likely to apply to jobs than connections on other networks.
4) The report provides data on network sizes, growth rates, and user interactions for recruiters on LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook to evaluate their effectiveness for recruiting.
