My name is Grant Linsmeier and I have been a manager at FedEx Ground for the past 5 years. I currently
manage the Mankato, MN preload operations for our station and have worked with Nicole throughout
her time here with FedEx.
Nicole Davis has been employed with FedEx Ground as a package handler since 201j.. Nicole was the
Package Handler Trainer for our lnbound operation. The Package Handler Trainer position consists of
training other package handlers on loading, unloading and scanning techniques in order to ensure
efficient and safe movement of packages through the operation. She has been dependable and reliable
with any task that she has been given, and I am pleased with her work ethic on a daily basis. She always
shows up and is willing and able to get the job done.
Nicole has been a solid team player for many years now and has helped this station achieve many
different awards within our preload operations. She interacts very well with all the new package
handlers that she must train and is able to balance the workload that comes with being a package
Handler Trainer. l'm sure that giving the opportunity, Nicole, will prove she is worthy and will have
