Dear Sir, Madam,
Alysia started her study at Rotterdam Business School 1st September 2011. During her
first year Alysia performed her tasks for her study, such as preparing written materials
and presentations via various means. I had the pleasure to have her as a student during
her first year and her last year with her thesis process. Alysia stood out because of her
genuine interest in my subject Business Law and because she had her own opinion,
which she was not afraid to make public in the class. Not only was she very active
during the lessons, she also was very motivated to do well.
Alysia fulfilled the tasks she was assigned well. Recognising the value of building and
maintaining her professional competence, she was always seeking out new knowledge
and new skills. Her communication abilities and language skills allowed her to respond
to information in an appropriate, timely and complete manner. She displayed self-
confidence being able to adapt to new situations easily, sometimes somewhat
unorganized, but always showing a good attitude and being refreshingly honest. Alysia
showed to be a good team worker and was able to work under pressure.
Personally, I found Alysia to be very polite and friendly towards everyone. Having a
cheerful and positive attitude she encouraged trust, cooperation and humour in the
workplace. She has been one of the most motivated and enthousiastic students and
also always positive.
Furthermore, I wish Alysia a successful career, and strongly recommend her to any
future employer.
