Pamela Peters has had an interest in human resource management for over 30 years and has
worked in many different industries. Since 2014, Ms. Peters has been the Owner of Littlesun
Consulting, which specializes in human resources consulting. She even takes the time to teach
graduate level courses focusing on HR. “As an educator, I have learned that interdisciplinary
study provides us with a greater knowledge of the connectedness of ourselves and our work to
the rest of the world. This is probably the most rewarding aspect of all, in that it gives greater
meaning and importance to the work I do, which I find very exhilarating.”
Ms. Peters’ will like to continue to build her business and eventually ease into retirement in
the next 10-12 years, working just enough to keep her mind sharp while fulfilling her love of
learning and teaching.
