Recommendation letter
I am responsible for the successful onboarding of Slav Yolov to our team. That includes technical and
process training and delegating operational tasks at the same time.
I am happy that we managed to find such a talent like him. Despite of the fact that Slav is still in his early
career stage he demonstrates strict working habits, good office culture and excellent learning skills. He
managed to pass our training program quite quicker than expected, checking the gained knowledge
later on showed excellent results. In the short period of 2 weeks he managed to structure an approach
for learning big amount of knowledge grouped in variety of different topics. For this period he managed
to acquire enough knowledge in order to work independently with company’s toolset.
After his transfer to operational mode we managed to discover his potential for top performed. I would
outline his analytical skills as his top strength. Slav is able to read and analyze big masses of data by
finding suitable approaches for that. We used his knowledge in order to tune up our standard reporting
and optimize the time and effort invested on that.
While Slav fulfills routine service requests he demonstrate very good operational culture. His
communication on the topic is vast and straight to the point. While he is in high load he is able to
prioritize accordingly and communicate need of assistance when required.
Last but not least, I am very happy that he managed to integrate with the team members very easily.
