1. Pardis Hemmati joined the European Marketing Communication team of Boston Scientific as an intern for 6
months, April to October 2014, in the Brussels office. She supported a variety of projects in Urology and
Women’s Health as well as in Endoscopy / Bronchial Thermoplasty (BT).
Pardis rapidly got up to speed with Boston Scientific processes and was very open to embrace the company
culture and challenges.
She was instrumental in supporting the EACCI, a BT congress, in Copenhagen, for which she executed
promotional items as well as marketing tools. She worked autonomously with third party vendors and
European marketing counterparts.
She supported the launch of 2 new Endoscopy products and managed the development of related marketing
communications tools together with the marketing manager.
She was also involved with some digital projects (content publication on the Intranet site, update of an iPad
Application for the Urology and Women’s Health division).
Pardis showed interest and commitment throughout the different projects she was involved with. She looked at
projects with a pragmatic approach and did not hesitate to provide recommendations and feedback to enhance
results.
I am confident to recommend Pardis Hemmati for a position within your organisation and remain at your
disposal for any question.
