Consumers today do not buy a product. They buy an ideal, an image or an experience. I strive for development, chance and optimization, and therefore I don’t see myself in a job, where the focus is maintenance and keeping status quo. I never just state a problem, I ask ‘why’ and ‘how’, because it is in opinion the best way to formulate a solution. It is difficult to act on: ”things are like this.”, but “things are like this, because…” gives a range of things to act upon.
