- Now that you understand what Red2Blue means, you can use it to become stronger and improve your mindset. This exercise is all about recognising your feelings and actions, which is really important. If you're not sure whether you're feeling "red" or "blue," this exercise will help you figure it out. Take a look at the template; it describes how you might feel and act when you're in your "red" or "blue" head. Some of these might sound like you, and you might have your own unique signs for when you're feeling "red" or "blue." We want you to think about this and talk about it with others in the next activity. The cool thing is, you already switch between "red" and "blue" at different times, maybe even a few times a day. This exercise gives you a way to talk about it, so it feels normal, and it gives you the tools to work on it.
