This document outlines a program to recognize outstanding youth community service. It will honor high school learners who have contributed to and shown leadership in community service projects related to social development initiatives. The goals are to establish a youth community chest, encourage youth involvement in their communities, grow youth volunteerism, and ensure the longevity of the community chest. The organizers aim to make this the biggest and most successful youth initiative in the country.
