SUNE: shorted at 9:53 at $18.97 off of 5 min and 2 min chart. Exit at 9:57 at $19.04.
Analysis: entry in line with plan; exit a bit slow making for more of a loss than necessary.
SUNE: made two more short trades; at 10:12 and 10:59, both only lasting 2 minutes before exiting for a very small gain so it ended up being a day with a small loss.
Analysis: both 2nd & 3rd trades were made from retracements on the 2 minute chart, however, both were entered after missing better set-ups beforehand. I was away from my desk and thus missed to take a trade set-up at 11:44-11:46 which ended up being the best move of the day. I have to continually work on taking the trade set-ups as they develop – hesitating is my biggest battle.

PAAS: shorted at 9:48 at $9.90 off of 2 minute chart. Partial exit at 10:04 at $9.77; final exit at 10:16 at $9.85.
Analysis: entry was in line with my plan; second exit was a bit late based on my short term rules.
SUNE: shorted at 10:54 at $19.69 off of 5 min and 2 min chart. Partial exit at 11:02 at $19.54; final exit at 11:07 at $19.64.
Analysis: entry and exits in line with plan and rules.
Daily comment: eliminating "not to do's" is important, but just as significant is not missing the "to do's" according to my plan. The SUNE trade was ok, but the move I was looking for started with a set-up between 11:56 and 12:00. I watched rather than pull the trigger and missed a large move which lasted all afternoon! The gains from that one move would have been 4.5 times what I gained from the other two moves together. Sins of omission can be as bad as sins of commission!
