The Real Federación Española de Natación (RFEN) is the organization in charge of organizing water sports in Spain, including swimming, diving, open water swimming, synchronized swimming, water polo, and jumping. Formed in 1958, the RFEN oversees sporting activities and state-level officials in these specialties and plans preparation for high-level athletes. Fernando Carpena currently serves as the president of the RFEN.
