Roller Coaster
“ For more than one hundred
years, roller coaster have been a staple
of amusement parks throughout
America. Many riders clamor for the rush
of adrenaline, the jolt of fear found at
the bottom of each steep hill. I
remember willing myself to be tall
enough to ride and basking in the sheer
excitement of the dips followed by the
mad dash to get back in line.”
“I still feel that rush to this day.
While these glorious machines provide
copious amounts of excitement, they are also
works of arts, a wonderful marriage of physics
and imagination. Infatuated and obsessed, I’ve
been scouring the country for the ride of a
lifetime. Along the way I’ve accumulated a
wealth of photos. The following pages a
photographic tour of the most beautiful roller
coaster I’ve had the privilege of ridding.”
