Book clubs involve different roles including a monitor who asks comprehension questions and explains important parts of the book, a facilitator who participates in conversation and keeps it focused, and a coach who is removed from conversation but may provide reminders and teach specific reading skills outside of discussion. Getting started with book clubs requires changing where you sit, restating what students say without adding new ideas, prompting students by whispering, observing discussions, and teaching skills/strategies before discussion using a different book.

Being into various sectors like hotels , events and latest education, i.e. book rentals, I have made many friends and many of them go through this Dilemma of "HOW TO STUDY?" for exams. As all they are told is to Study and hardly anyone tells HOW.
This is an attempt to help people in their question of HOW TO STUDY.
Evaluate to Motivate was initially written and presented to Toastmasters as an educational tool to teach members how to give inspirational and motivational evaluations.
The presentation was so entertaining and successful that it has been adapted to general business.
