The Rajasthan Cricket Association aims to develop cricket in Rajasthan through quality administration and high participation. Its vision includes encouraging the game, making Rajasthan teams successful, and being transparent. Its mission is to establish more cricket academies and facilities to develop players, uncover new talent, and produce national-level cricketers within a few years.

root plan for Rajasthan by having more
number of cricket academies.

9. Install a Talent Resource Development Wing
(TRD) in Rajasthan to rate and unearth new
talent from the districts/countryside & to
produce at least one cricketer at the national
level, who would represent the country in the
next 2-3 years.
