Off The Wall Company was tasked with designing a supermarket interior that captured the intimate feel of a boutique market while fitting within a typical supermarket footprint. They created individual "Stores Within a Store" service departments and inspired the design after NYC's Chelsea Market to feature a variety of products in a creative, warm space. Off The Wall also included a stage area for local chefs to prepare gourmet foods in front of customers, transforming the supermarket into a "food-bazaar theatre".
