This document discusses e-learning and the development process. E-learning is more cost effective than classroom training and is accessible anywhere. An LMS (Learning Management System) is used to deliver, track, and report on e-learning courses. SCORM is the standard format for e-learning content that allows content to be tracked within an LMS. Developing e-learning involves three stages - storyboarding the content, adding media/interactivity, and publishing the final course. CourseLab and other tools can be used for storyboarding, interactivity, and publishing e-learning content in the SCORM format.
