RAM, or Random Access Memory, is the hardware that temporarily stores the operating system, open programs and current data for quick access by the computer's processor. RAM is found on the motherboard in modules called DIMMs. RAM is made from integrated circuits containing millions of transistors and capacitors, functioning as the computer's short-term memory.

the device's processor. RAM is the main
memory in a computer.

4. What is RAM made of?
RAM is basically your computer's
