Description of required design/layout:
Visit site to meet yourself and carry out detailed survey of existing McDonalds restaurant stair area, consisting of two flights
with connecting landing areas. New Balustrade glazing top fixed channels continuous to both sides of stair with a top glass mounted continuo
us handrail, all regulations to be based on a public use of stair. Exact finishes to be discussed on site during initial meeting before commencing
survey. Scale 3D model will be created along with GA, Marking plan, FAB’s & Glass drawings.
Summary of works:
All to include FAB piece parts, GL’s for individual glass panels and component list.
All modelled on Solidworks (Latest) 3D CAD Software – unless otherwise discussed prior to quote.
GA drawing, will be based on a front, plan, side, 3D isometric & any relevant detail views (Where applicable)
All drawings supplied on Randall Designs drawing templates, unless agreed otherwise.
All drawings will be sent to yourselves for an initial ‘internal’ check before being sent to your client.
All revisions are based on minor changes, major changes i.e.’ full design change’ will be charged on an agreed cost.
All Drawings to be checked by yourselves and/or your appointed structural engineer if we are not supplying calculations.

Setup up the project folder using the template already completed
1. To do this simply right click on template & click copy
2. Then paste in clear space
3. Once this is complete the folder name should be as below
Setup a new page in One Note using the template already completed (Project Template)
1. Right click on the template page & click copy
2. Find new destination i.e. STS Contracts section
3. Right click and paste new page
4. Once this is complete please rename with project RD REF.
