1) Medea writes Jason a letter accusing him of breaking her trust and heart by leaving her for a richer woman, leaving her with their two sons.
2) She details all the horrific things she did to help Jason in the past, including defying her father, killing her brother, and tricking the daughters of King Pelias to gain the crown.
3) However, Jason responds that he did not ask her to do any of those things and that she acted alone in poisoning the princess and killing their sons out of jealousy and revenge.
