Responsibilities:
1. Analysis of Drive Tests done by measuring Throughput, SNR,
RSRP, RSRQ, Handovers.
2. Analysis of Service Layer Architecture and attempts to minimize number of hops to
reduce latency and increase throughput.
3. Analysis of IMSI Traces & Call History Records (CHR)
4. Analysis Physical Parameters Verification of new sites as per the planning data.
5. Identify the cross-feeder (CPRI) issues rectify it through the PCI. Monitoring consistent RSRP, RSRQ and
SINR Parameters
6. Perform coverage optimization by altering antenna down-tilts (Electrical + Mechanical) or azimuths to
ensure better coverage around sites.
7. Identify the coverage holes and plan new sites with NHQ approval on the basis of Atoll prediction.
8. Released Service Order to IP’s on hold sites which are part of DTA.
9. Analysis SCFT report and CLOT report with Atoll prediction and on the basis of planning.
