● When estimating, we break down work
units into smaller pieces on sticky notes.
● We perform a detailed task analysis of the

● We score each task with a “Complexity
Point” and “Inaccuracy Risk Level”.
● We prepare “Ballpark Estimate”. We break
the project into different phases where
the first one is “Discovery / Analytical /
Design / Scoping” part and after that, we
