According to a radio trailer script, while exercise is essential for health, 80% of adults do not meet the recommended 2.5 hours of moderate exercise per week. Exercise comes in many forms, from sports to hobbies, and can be enjoyed from a young age through later life, as there is an activity for every lifestyle and fitness level. The radio spot encourages listeners to get off the couch and tune into a BBC program on exercise called "Let's Get Physical" airing on March 26th.
