Looking at the results of the questionnaire we may have to reconsider our target
audience as the majority of people that answered were within the ages of 11-20
years old. This is certainly something we will look address before we start filming the
documentary because we must think about how we present the documentary
bearing in mind our style of presenting e.g formal/informal we depend on how young
or old the target audience is.
3. Are you male or female?
Female
Male

Our questionnaire was mainly aimed towards males as they are our target
audience. However we did want some females to fill in our questionnaire as we felt
there needed to be a balance to our research and see whether females could
possibly be interested in our documentary, if we did not choose to include females
we would be leaving out a vast percentage of people and we would be falsely
assuming that women aren't interested.
4. If you missed a documentary, would
you go back and watch it?
14
Yes No

We asked this because we wanted to know whether people would go back and
watch our documentary if they missed it. As the majority of the answers were no
we are going to have to advertise our documentary well enough to make people
want to go back and see it.

you rather be informed or entertained?

Informed Entertained Both
Clearly people do want to be more entertained and informed rather than just
informed when watching . We will take this into consideration and make sure we
have a good balance in our documentary by being informative and entertaining.
Looking at this question and bearing in mind the first question means that it
would be sensible to change our target audience to a younger fit as evident
here, the majority of people prefer to be entertained.

When we air our documentary we know that we can put it on a sports channel

to use the sports channels as it will be more appropriate to show, and be more
relevant to the style of documentary that we are going to present.

This question was to witness how much people would pay to be taken on a
stadium tour. The overwhelming majority chose the two highest categories. This
did surprise us because we were paying in the £6-£10 regions
ourselves, therefore we are pleasantly surprised by the enthusiasm of the people
who answered.
