Quality Foods & Services W.L.L. doing catering supply and ship chandelling. By the immense grace

3. Founded in 2001, by a proactive visionary management, Quality Group of
Companies started its business with Quality Foods and Services, specialized in
ship chandelling and contract supply of FMCG and commodities. Since then, it
has been an eventful decade of growth and prosperity for Quality Group of

5. The first division of Quality Group of Companies, the Quality Foods & Services WLL
commenced in the year 2001 and made it’s mark in the already booming Qatar
economy. Ship chandelling, foods & beverage supply to star category hotels, supply of
pantry commissary items to government & semi government companies, distributing
consumer products to hypermarkets, supermarkets in Qatar are the major areas of
operation. Quality Foods & Services maintains and deals with the entire gamut of
products that are usually traded in a Hypermarket. Quality Foods has a long term
commitment to a varied clientele.
Quality Foods has the solid backing of an efficient logistics system with more than 100
vehicles including freezer & Chiller trucks, delivery vans, pick-ups, transportation
trucks, saloon cars etc. With a huge capacity of 33,000 sq mts thermo controlled
warehousing facility we are also equipped with additional 800 MT capacity cold room

6. Quality Engineering & Services WLL. is the fully diversified division of Quality Group of
Companies. Established in the year 2006, the company was aimed at exploring the exciting
opportunities in the engineering and industrial developments in the State of Qatar.

20. Since Quality Retail Group opened its first retail outlet Quality Hypermarket - Salwa Road in
the year 2010 we've been dedicated to making a difference in the lives of our customers.
Within this short time span, Quality Hypermarket has gained a formidable market presence,
which is attributed to the combined efforts, hard work and commitment of its employees and
management.
At present, Quality Retail Group operates two hypermarkets and one department store.We are
expecting the opening of Quality Hypermarket - Bin Mahmoud immediately and Quality Mall
- Hilal later in the year 2014. Quality Retail Group generates an annual income of QR 270
million from a combined shopping area of 150,000 sq ft. serving an average of 5.5million
customers a year. With the addition of 2 more outlets ready to open soon, we expect to

shopping area of 80,000 sq ft. Surrounded by numerous residential flats, the conveniently

25. Quality Mall - Al Hilal is the first mall project from Quality Retail Group which is awaiting
opening in the year 2014. Spread in an estimated 110,000 sq ft of carpet area, the outlets
boosts of a modern supermarket with all essential amenities, a spectacular department store
and 25 other retail outlets such as Jewellery, pharmacy, money exchange, beauty salon,
boutiques, kids play area, coffee shop, laundry and other kiosks.

26. ROAD AHEAD
Quality Retail group has aggressive expansion plans for the future. Our two retail projects,
Quality Mall located at Al Hilal - Doha and Quality Hypermarket located at Bin Mahmoud -
Doha is scheduled to be open by mid 2014. Also, we are in the final stages of feasibility assess-
ment for rolling out small and medium sized ’EXPRESS’ and ’NEIGHBOURHOOD’ store model.
We are targeting at opening three such stores by the end of this year. For 2015, two hypermar-
kets, one each in Riyadh-KSA and Muscat-Oman have been scheduled. Simultaneously, we are
studying the possibility of expanding the retail operations to Asian and North African region.
To this effect, a hypermarket project is taking shape in Tripoli, Libya.
In the year 2016, we plan to roll out our unique online retail platform to the entire Middle East
region which is currently being developed. This is expected to change the way we do
shopping in the Middle East.
By the year 2018, we plan to operate a total number of 25 outlets in 4 different formats of retail
operation such as Shopping malls, Hypermarkets, Department stores and express neighbor-
hood shops across MENA and ASIAN region.
