Students at the Baltic Film and Media School were interviewed to evaluate internal communication and ways to improve the student experience. Key findings include: 1. While some felt costs were high, others felt the education was worth it. Students received a friendly experience regardless of their field of study. 2. Some students felt there was a lack of perspective in their studies and unrealistic expectations. Others felt motivated and saw connections between their work and future careers. 3. Most did not see major issues with appreciation of their work, but some noted unclear requirements or lack of feedback. 4. Information flow needed improvement, particularly timely updates.
