This document presents a project on developing a bus information system using QR codes. A group of 5 students from the Computer Science department of Bansal Institute of Research Technology & Science in Bhopal, India are working on the project under the guidance of two professors. Traditional bus pass systems have limitations that this project aims to address. It will use QR codes, along with technologies like Python, AI and Kivy to allow students to easily access real-time bus information by scanning QR codes. This will provide details like bus schedules, routes and contact information for drivers/conductors. The system is expected to streamline the bus pass process and provide data insights for improved transportation services.
E-Ticketing System for public transportIliyas Khan
The technology of today is more advanced than compare to any previous time. One of the blessings of technology is web application. It allows users to interact with the system from anywhere as long as they are connected to the internet.
In existing system we see , if any customer need to reserve seat he or she need to call them or walk towards them which is consider as wasting their valuable times. So that, we are building this system in which user can book bus seat in advance
by paying money from e-wallet, means user just have to scan the QR code from bus conductor .It also eliminate the payment issue (cash or issue of change). It is the planning to replace our old booking system with new system which is online based. So we want to implement an online web based bus ticketing system which will be easier for customers to book from home and abroad as well as for them to manage their overall business smoothly. Here the system we are going to discuss is E-Ticketing System for public bus transport" which is completely a web application. As we already discussed above that internet has made the users interaction through the system easier, so this web application can connect to respective servers for accessing data which will surely help users to purchase the bus ticket or reserve their seats online without waiting on queue.
Smart Bus Traveler (Smart Buses for Smart Cities)Ranjit Joshi
In todays fast technological world, one is in always hurry almost for everything. This is the age of Digitalization. A big effective wave of Digital India, Smart Cities all can feel in nearby surrounding. This project i.e. SMART BUS TRAVELER is a next step towards the digitalization of our old public transport system.
To effectuate the consequences of one second, ask the passenger who just missed a bus. GPS supported “SMART BUIS TRAVELER” application for bus tracking is a system which is designed to display current location(s) of the buses. This application not only avails you current location of bus but also the live seat availability in that bus. Great! So by using this application, you can easily decide whether to wait for bus or move on by auto rickshaw.

Smart bus system pilot project (BUSKET)Minh S. Dao
BUSKET is a wireless system aimed at supporting the quality of bus transportation service in Brunei Darussalam. BUSKET exploits low-cost wireless technologies for the real-time estimation of the buses position throughout the road network and to communicate to the users when one bus approaches the bus stop. The goal of BUSKET is to make smarter the bus transportation system and to improve the user awareness about the status of the bus service. From the user perspective, BUSKET will reduce the waiting time of citizens at the bus stops, while from the bus management viewpoint will enable a more centralized and pervasive control of the whole transportation network. BUSKET will use commercial smartphones (already diffused among citizens) as well as low-cost wireless GPS sensors to enable the acquisition of position information and to communicate with the users.
BUSKET is the joint-research between UTB, ELEDIA, and AITI
The project is developed using android and web. The application provide solution for student bus pass, route pass and bus ticket, route information and scan QR code verification for the bus pass.

Then welcome to this PowSyBl workshop, hosted by Rte, the French Transmission System Operator (TSO)!
During the webinar, you will discover the PowSyBl ecosystem as well as handle and study an electrical network through an interactive Python notebook.
PowSyBl is an open source project hosted by LF Energy, which offers a comprehensive set of features for electrical grid modelling and simulation. Among other advanced features, PowSyBl provides:
- A fully editable and extendable library for grid component modelling;
- Visualization tools to display your network;
- Grid simulation tools, such as power flows, security analyses (with or without remedial actions) and sensitivity analyses;
The framework is mostly written in Java, with a Python binding so that Python developers can access PowSyBl functionalities as well.
What you will learn during the webinar:
- For beginners: discover PowSyBl's functionalities through a quick general presentation and the notebook, without needing any expert coding skills;
- For advanced developers: master the skills to efficiently apply PowSyBl functionalities to your real-world scenarios.
Neuro-symbolic is not enough, we need neuro-*semantic*Frank van Harmelen
Neuro-symbolic (NeSy) AI is on the rise. However, simply machine learning on just any symbolic structure is not sufficient to really harvest the gains of NeSy. These will only be gained when the symbolic structures have an actual semantics. I give an operational definition of semantics as “predictable inference”.
All of this illustrated with link prediction over knowledge graphs, but the argument is general.

3. Introduction
Importance of Efficient student Transportation
A well-functioning student transportation system contributes, and enhanced
commuter satisfaction.
Problem Statement: Inefficiencies with Traditional Bus Pass
Systems
To remove to call driver and conductor then searching bus details etc.
4. Bus Pass with QR
Code Scanner
In today's fast-paced world, efficient student transportation is crucial.
Traditional bus pass systems have their limitations. Let's explore how QR
code technology revolutionizes the way we travel.
5. By the way why ? we need this QR
code generator!
• Problem 01. We don't have any idea, what time will our bus come here?
• problem 02.Neither do we have the driver's number. Is it not of any student?
• problem 03.What will happen if the bus leaves, what will I do, there is
another bus after this
6. o How to QR code scanner
works
• 1. Scan and use
• 2. selection any bus
• 3. you find out the details of this bus
7. Implement Technology
• Python • AI • Kivy
Easy language
Easy in syntax
For generating QR
code
Use AI to Understand QR code It’s a library in python
Use for make GUI of
sytem
9. where you find out this QR
code ?
o this available at many place like as
• at college page (searching on google & search on other
page).
• On instagram page.
• On each notice board of the college.
10. after scan this QR code then what
you find ?
• total no buses!
• Which bus is coming from where and when will it reach the college?
• Or you find out it's Location.
• And it's Driver and conductor name and call number.
11. Where is the bus coming from?
Origin tracking- Discover the bus's point of origin, providing valuable
information for planning your route and understanding the commute.
Transparency- Be informed about the starting point of your ride, enhancing
trust and delivering a more reliable transportation serivce.
12. User Experience
1 Simplified Bus Pass Purchase and Validation Process
Student can effortlessly get their bus passes digitally, receive them instantly, and
validate them simply by scanning the QR code.
2 Ease of Use Students
With QR codes, students no longer have to worry about lost or damaged physical
bas pass. A single scan replaces the hassle of manual ticketing.
3 Data insights
you get information about bus's.
13. Conclusion and Future potential
o Bright future ahead
o the bus pass with QR code scanner is just the beginnig.
14. Benefits :-
• Time Reducing
• Peper work is Reduce
• Easy in registration
• Renewal is quickly
