How I’d go about
it!
The Idea is Simple

Open a Shop like a “Private Shopping Club!”
Offer many different goods
Price them insanely low
Display them on screens only
Sell them via a QR App
Send them to the buyers address
Yet still very untested

Seems to work very well in Korea Tesco
No data available for the trials of Argos / John
Lewis
No data available for HMV
No data available for eBay pop-up shop
In all previous examples
Time frame too short
Data is not publicly available
None of them were selling “special offers”
All of them mere extensions to their current
offerings at same pricing
Even if data “were” available, it would only show
people’s “tendency” to use technology, no
more.
The waters are not so
untested after all

Private Shopping has been a craze in online
shopping in the last 3 - 4 years
Budget strains are forcing people for deals
more and more
Lets look at private
shopping Always
                 Always
                                 time
                                 time
 ..and always limited
                              limited
                               limited
 on sizes, colours,
 quantity etc.
 Basically they are all
 dumping grounds
                          Always
                          Always
 for out-of-season
                          known
                          known
 and unsold stock.
                          brands
                          brands
 But it does the trick.
Private Shopping

   They have all
   become multi
   million (and some of
   them billion)
   corporations.
   It’s Flash Sale.
