Communications and Customer Care
A Cleaner World has a communication system which is available on site that records daily requests
and minor issues that requiring rectification. This communication log is normally between the
Facility Manager and the onsite staff. Our assigned Area Supervisor reviews the data in the book
weekly to determine any ongoing issues and if the staff has been prompt in their response. He
also records the details of his visit each time he inspects the site. This model provides a permanent
record of all interactions and monitoring of the site.

Environmental Systems
A Cleaner World has made a commitment to reduce the use of chemicals, which may harm the
environment. Instead, we have chosen products that are classified as
having less effect on the environment. One example of this is the use
of orange oil based products instead of industrial solvent based ones.
Wherever possible, we have determined to introduce the use of micro-
fibre cleaning cloths to eliminate the use of detergents and chemicals.
We have also introduced the use of high pressure steaming equipment,
which eliminates the use of chemicals for certain tasks. This has the added benefit of sanitizing
surfaces
