Introduction
• This research is based on defining the
relation between customer and the
Laptop.
• We set 30 questions that can help us to
know deffirent positions in this relation.
• The questions were devided into 3
categories: 10 positive, 10 negative, 10
neutral.
• The audience choice will be on scale
rating from 1 to 7, based on his opinion:
1= i Don't like it, 7= i like it.
• Also there was aditional Questions such
as Age & main purpose of using laptop,
to know more about the target audience
and there purpose of unsing laptop.

we have 10 factors but it
also too much to make a
recommendation
For this study we chose to
consider as statistically
significant correlations which
either smaller than -0.4 (negative
correlation) and larger (positive
correlation)

There are factors loaded with 3
statements and less.
So it will be hard to use it for
making variants of positioning
out product. In this case we can
use only 4 major factors.

consensus factors which are
loaded to several factors.
So we need to define
characterizing statements

Conclusion of each factor
Factor 1 People consider that laptop is bad for their health, but they use it everyday to be
more productive.
Factor 2 More people prefer to buy expensive laptop with IOS or Window system,
because they want that the price should match the quality
Factor 3 It doesn’t matter for users if the laptop contains accessories or not
Factor 4 People prefer to use more mobile phone than laptop and they use it often to
waste the time

Introduction • This research is based on defining the relation between customer and the Laptop. • We set 30 questions that can help us to know deffirent positions in this relation. • The questions were devided into 3 categories: 10 positive, 10 negative, 10 neutral. • The audience choice will be on scale rating from 1 to 7, based on his opinion: 1= i Don't like it, 7= i like it. • Also there was aditional Questions such as Age & main purpose of using laptop, to know more about the target audience and there purpose of unsing laptop.

  • 8. Results of eigenvalues analysis Exploratory Techniques/Principal Components & Classification Analysis We can use Kaiser criterion (drop all components with eigenvalues under 1.0). So we have 10 factors but it also too much to make a recommendation
  • 9. For this study we chose to consider as statistically significant correlations which either smaller than -0.4 (negative correlation) and larger (positive correlation) Multivariate exploratory techniques and results of factor loading analysis
  • 10. Results of Factor Loadings Analysis (4 factors’ model) There are factors loaded with 3 statements and less. So it will be hard to use it for making variants of positioning out product. In this case we can use only 4 major factors.

  • 13. Conclusion of each factor Factor 1 People consider that laptop is bad for their health, but they use it everyday to be more productive. Factor 2 More people prefer to buy expensive laptop with IOS or Window system, because they want that the price should match the quality Factor 3 It doesn’t matter for users if the laptop contains accessories or not Factor 4 People prefer to use more mobile phone than laptop and they use it often to waste the time
