Coding Dojo is a safe, collaborative, and inclusive environment for sharing knowledge through deliberate practice of techniques like test-driven development (TDD), pair programming, and taking problems in small steps. Participants work through programming challenges in a randori format with 5 minute paired rotations and time for comments only during green periods, following rules to write a failing test first and refactor code. The agenda includes an intro, coding period, and retrospective for feedback.
