- Ms. White conceived of the “Public Privacy” as a consequence of personal experience. Specifically her love of travelling, and visiting new places made her come to the realization

- and definitely lacked any type of privacy. Georgia decided that something needed to be done to allow for people to feel secure in the bathroom, whether it is in an airport, a movie theater or even in your office, working with coworkers, nobody should have to hear other people’s business. Therefore, “Public Privacy was created.
- Currently there are a variety of automatic odor control systems for public restrooms. These would include exhaust fans and automatic deodorizer dispensers. The former, though effective, are not efficient from are not efficient from any energy conservation perspective. This product can, however, be mitigated by tying such systems into motion activated switches that permit them to only operate when someone is in the facility in question.
- The “Public Privacy” has been conceived as a new approach to this problem. The unit would consist of an audial device that would provide a noise feature allowing privacy in the restroom stall. The unit could be mounted on the ceiling or the stall door, depending on the power source. Inside the unit, it would employ a centrifugal blower, the same approach used in some traditional white noise generators. It would, however also move the air from inside a stall through an activated carbon or related odor reducing filter, cleaning and deodorizing the air as a result. Operation of the unit would be automatic, being operated by a motion sensor. Not only would the unit be an effective means of helping control odors in public restrooms, the noise generating device would also serve to mask any sounds that would be generated within a stall.

Many target markets needing different types of filters for unit, such as microbial filters for hospitals, care centers, schools, could develop many different lines for different types of businesses. The unit could be used in a public setting or in the privacy of your own home.
